Google Docs & Spreadsheet - Create a form的中英文翻譯對照圖:

題目類型multiple-choice question 可能是單選題或複選題(詳Hoong的說明)，不過在測試表單中，目前僅提供單選的選項，所以不應翻譯成「複選」，而應該翻成「單選」。

而題目類型「核取方塊」(checkboxes)，則建議改翻成「複選」。
